Dr Leda Glyptis is Chief of Staff at 11:FS, a renowned speaker, writer, and academic in the banking and FinTech ecosystem.  Leda is an expert in transformation, financial technology, and digital disruption.

Leda’s role is to lead 11:FS’s leadership team, in conjunction with providing guidance to the CEO. She also supports in scaling the business, and developing innovative client propositions 11:FS across the globe.

In her former position as Chief Innovation Officer at QNB, she was responsible for setting up the innovation department. Leda brought design-thinking capabilities to employee-led ideation and mobilisation, and opened the gates for market-led ecosystem engagement and innovation.
