Olga Zoutendijk is a global business leader and banker with more than 25 years of P&L experience in financial services in Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States (ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered, Westpac).

When Olga was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO Group in 2016, she was the first woman to be appointed Chairman of a stock exchange listed company in the history of the Netherlands. After 4 years on the Board, in 2018 Olga announced her decision not to opt for a second term.

Olga is passionate about diversity and inclusion, with a strong focus on achieving a step-change in the number of women in senior P&L roles. She is a keen supporter and Advisory Board member of RiseUp, the global program created by Money 20/20 to empower women and address the gender imbalance in leadership positions in the financial services and FinTech industries.

Olga is a member of the Board of Governors of Leiden University and was recently nominated as a member of the Board of Directors of Julius Baer Group, the Swiss multinational private banking group.
